Gravitocity’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice works with medium-sized staffing companies to position them for sale. Our principals have spent years building and selling their own staffing companies, thereby giving them a unique appreciation for the true value of a client's business. Such hands-on experience enables us to maximize the return for each client.

Typical clients have gross revenues of $10 to $100 million. Deal values range from $20 to $300 million. Clients may be purely domestic or foreign, or international in scope. Gravitocity has completed over 25 transactions worldwide, with a closing ratio exceeding 95%, as well as scores of advisory engagements.

We also provide angel investors who work exclusively with the staffing industry to provide up to $3 million in bridge financing.
